Clear tabs button's separator is missing on Linux

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

I'm on version 1.17.15b if that helps. I have tried turning off mods, removing custom css and created a new profile, Still the same issue.

I know this is a small issue but it's a big one for my ocd brain

Expected behavior

A seprator for the clear tabs button to fill missing space

Actual behavior

The separator is missing
