Adding New Instruction In ISA

SHUTDOWN or some better name than this. This once given gives a clean exit from running program.

Will deal with extending the ISA later. First let us focus on making the basic ops work fine.

Will have to add some more instructions to our ISA, possibly after endsems. Making a list of important ones here

• addi (for loading immediate to registers)
• blt (comparison based branching)
• jmp (unconditional branching; possibly add an instruction for storing current PC/addr in a register - useful for subroutines)
• exit (program termination)
• mfhi and mflo (move from hi/lo - so that div can be properly integrated with any program)
