How to use the PON baseline in msisensor-pro pro

After I have created a PON baseline from msisensor-pro baseline, where can I use the baseline file when calling tumour-only samples by msisensor-pro pro? I cannot find a single option indicating such use.

In the v1.3 pro command, use the -d parameter to specify the baseline directly.
