docs: docker 101

• need to create a series of tutorials as means to share my stories using Docker
• the tutorials/guides should be user friendly but thorough enough not to overwhelm the readers

honestly not sure how to teach/share this in a simple guide/tutorial format, potentially breaking it into chapters or course materials (101, 102, etc.), maybe?

if able to pull this off, I can then start the same with git and other explainers.
