Issue with intent and entity detection in Wit.ai

Hello Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with a Wit.ai application where intent and entity detection is not working correctly.

Currently:

• Messages sent to the API are not returning detected intents, or the intents appear empty/incorrect.
• The entities defined in the model are not being recognized, even when the input text clearly matches the training examples.
• The issue persists even though the model is trained and published.

I have already verified that:

• The model is trained.
• Intents and entities are properly configured.
• The access token is valid.

I would appreciate your help in determining whether this is a configuration issue, a model-related problem, or a platform issue.
