• Interop 2026 proposal selection process
  • Focus area selection skipped due to lack of quorum
  • Progress made on the review of follow-up questions for proposals ahead of focus area selection
  • Initial review of carryover evaluation proposals. Follow-up next week to review test list (core set + nice-to-haves) for areas that will carryover with new scope
  • Launch readiness review completed. Launch timeline expected to be pushed by one week
• Review open PRs (if time permits)
