This one is an odd one since (as you know) we don't cache any of the values.

Does this happen between runs or only when polling?

Ohhh if you do a re-run on the same commit (for transient failures) we might have more checks than the ones that actually matter. Might need to add some addl logic into the "Is the build failed" stuff to make sure that it maps properly
