At the moment, selection is possible, but creating links requires manual selection by pairs, and moving structures requires manually editing coordinate values
Users should be able to:
- Change the axes used to create the 2D visualization
- be able to translate across the 2D plane by drag and dropping sites.
-> To preserve math, translating via the GUI should be done in increments, with a "snap-to" effect.
-> The user should have the ability to choose the size of this "snap to" effect, to better help them select the values they want.
- Links should ideally be formed by using a tool, and dragging between 2 sites.
