Remove search bar from adding blocks #341

What are you trying to do?
It would be nice if there would be an option to hide the search bar in the "add blocks" modal. It makes sense when you have 20 block types, but I only have a few and the search box is just cluttering the UI.
What's your proposed solution?
Option to not show the search bar in the blocks settings.
