Add ability to hide certain singles

What are you trying to do?

My "Site Settings" single is appearing as an option in the Navigation plugin, but this doesn't technically have a public URL.

What's your proposed solution?

Can we either automatically hide entries/singles without a URL or allow us to hide certain singles?

I'd rather not hide things that don't have a URL, as while it sounds like a good idea, if there's anything I've learnt from Hyper people want to be able to link to things without links anyway!

You could almost get this via Elements::EVENT_REGISTER_NAVIGATION_ELEMENT but that's not going to alter available elements, which is set to getSources(). We'll look at adding a new event to manage sources.
