Does Explorer Patcher change the color of the taskbar?

Does Explorer Patcher change the color of the taskbar? in Windows 11. Something is doing that, and I'd like to know what the colors mean. For the last hour, the entire taskbar is yellow, but it's also been red, blue, and I think other colors, and sometimes part is one color and part is another. I don't know if this is basic Windows, or EP. It seems unlikely it's one of the other tweaks I used, Open Shell, Winaero or Ultimate.
What do you think? What does each color mean?
