I was looking for a way to visualise the relations between the functions of my R package and the direct dependencies of those functions. This was relevant for me while maintaining my package. So I made the graph in here

However I wonder if there are any reasons I may have missed for not including this 3rd type of relations in pkgnet.
In any case, and if it makes sense for you, feel free to integrate the idea, I´d love to have this 3rd type of relationships in pkgnet.
