Modularise Python file

The python file is very big, it would be easier to work with if it was separated into multiple files

explore.py is 959 lines long currently, putting some functions in other files and using imports would make it a bit more managable and easy to read

This probably requires a good study of the code's structure and organisation. The two files that could be broken down into modules are:

• loupe (1.4 KLoC), the main program from which the various functionalities of the tool (analysis, database access, generating support plans, plotting some graphs) are invoked. Here a possibility would be to break it down on a per-feature basis.
• explore.py which is used to run the analysis within the Docker container built and spawned by loupe. I had a brief look and there seem to be some things that could be externalised: some helpers functions, code managing command line arguments, the part running the static analysis, etc.

Once again, step 1 to modularise theses files is to study them in depth to understand what their code does :)
