Wrong cursor when hovering above remote data in Edit mode

When a layer is linked to remote data, the cursor changes to a "not possible" sign when hovering above a marker from this layer while in Edit mode. A click does open the popup though, so the cursor could be a pointing hand instead as for "normal" layers.

Right, this makes sense: this "not-allowed" cursor was added when clicking on the marker would open the edit form (when in edit mode), which is not anymore the case.

But this should warn you that you do not have the ability to edit this marker, either because it's remote data, or because you have limited rights on the map, and maybe can edit one layer's feature, but not others.

So I'm not sure how to indicate that a given marker/line/polygon is read only. @Aurelie-Jallut any suggestion ? :)

Why not just removing the edit pen in the popup thats shows on a right-click ?

We could keep the normal cursor and, when right-clicking, the pop-up with the context menu at the top, but when hovering over the edit button, the cursor changes to a "not possible" sign and a tooltip appears to inform us that the item cannot be edited because it comes from remote data.

(We could also provide a disabled style for these buttons: edit, duplicate, delete).

The same behaviour should be implemented in the data explorer :)

The point of this issue is that when you are in Editing mode, the cursor when hovering over distant data shows as:

even though you can actually click on the marker and display the popup:

whereas it shows as follows when in Viewing mode (i.e. not in edit mode):

This is confusing.

We could indeed keep the normal cursor (a pointing hand) and, on a right-click show the context menu without the black bar at the top (as you describe in #3073 (comment)).
