Expanding platform support

I'd like to see if we can expand the use of DR.CHECKER beyond the currently support ARM chipsets and associated drivers.

My specific interest is in PowerPC (and in particular the platforms + drivers associated with POWER8 + POWER9), but obviously others may have interests in other architectures as well, and it looks like there will need to be common infrastructure for adding support for new architectures and platforms.
