NAT gateway only responds to one single ICMP echo request #239

Describe the bug
After setting up the SCSI Dynaport adapter, driver and MacTCP only one ping to 10.0.0.1 comes through.
To Reproduce
Set up networking according to the documentation. Set the IP address to 10.0.0.2/8 and start MacTCP Ping. Set up the ping to 10.0.0.1 and click Start ping. Only one ping comes trough or better back.
