Implement keyspace cardinality for Alphanumeric fields

#376 implements cardinality for U32 fieldtypes, but not for Alphanumeric fieldtypes. We should implement this functionality for Alphanumeric fieldtypes as well to fit a larger keyspace into fewer bytes.
