How can I add a sort button to the Mint mod loader?

I tried to modify the code according to the instructions in the link, but I don’t know which file I need to open and edit. All I have are the .exe file, a license file, a changelog file, and a readme file. Please help me. The ideal solution would be to receive a new updated version, but since that doesn’t seem possible, I’d really appreciate some guidance so that I can make the modifications myself.

Making modifications to the code will require pulling the repo, making the changes, then compiling mint on your PC. You can't simply download the release and edit it via that, as the release is a pre-compiled executable.

If you don't know how to compile mint, there are instructions in one of the pull requests I believe, but you will have to do some digging and research.
