Just found your app and think what your doing is very important but had a question.

I was thinking about de googling some phones and trying to run Columba in single app or kiosk mode? My idea was to use ADB to degoogle the phone and install Columba as a single use app on cheap android phones but with that kind of work flow would there be a way to preconfigure settings from a file?

There is at least one google dependency in Columba for location services, but beyond that it should work. I have never tried Kiosk mode (this is the first time I'm hearing of it) but after very brief research, I'm curious - what settings would you want to preconfigure?

You do not degoogle phones with ADB. You build the ROM without google stuff and use the bootloader or recovery to install your ROM.

Also the use case sounds not Columba related. Columba is to give people freedom. Kiosk mode is to remove freedom from people. So i would say: Kiosk mode is unsupported and wont ever be supported. The same its unsupported in about any other messenger.
