Steps to setup

Thanks for putting all your efforts online.
Need some help on how to setup on C or D drive from scratch
Please take any folder for example, and start from there.
Please mention in which folder and file to add Installed Apps.
Please help with steps if creating Virtual environment is neccessary.
or can you please upload a version ready to run directly on C or D drive with batch file containing all the setup or commands.

And where is manage.py in this project? I can't run it in my local machine.
