Feature Request: Levelsanity (like in AP) #223

It would be nice if there was an option to turn all the stat boosts from levels (up to the maximum configured) into checks, like the Level 50 Sanity and Level 99 Sanity options in Archipelago. MAXIMUM CHAOS!
