fix: use fully qualified error path in absolute_data_dir
The error constructor `Error::StoreIo` was called without a module prefix, which would fail to compile when the function is used outside the `service` module. The change adds the `crate::error::` prefix to ensure the error type is resolved correctly regardless of the calling context.
