feat(tinymcp): gate tinybus_module re-export behind module feature

The re-export of `McpService`, `ModuleConfig`, and `ServerDetail` from `tinybus_module` is now conditionally compiled behind the `module` feature flag, preventing unused dependencies from being pulled in when the feature is not enabled.
