First, you have to sort out the standard (file-based) DICOM-export you seem to struggle with according to your OpenNFT issue. It is a prerequisite for the TCP-export, too.

Regarding TCP-export, please consult with our paper describing the approach. Most importantly, you need to contact the first author, Michael Lührs, because you may need the functor he can provide for Siemens scanners.
