Hello, I'm currently using an nvidia gpu rtx 3080 and also im trying to upscale the resolution of a video, however when tecogan process starts, gpu usage drops to 10% and cpu usage is stuck at 60%, I already installed CUDA 11.7, CUDNN, TensorFlow.
I'm very new to this so please bear with me xd.
Is there any way to increase gpu usage? frames take 1 second to render each and that's a lot
