Kind of. When an image with alt text is embedded in a post body or comment, the button to display that alt text is not provided. As far as I can tell, there is no way to view the alt text of an embedded image.
Feature Description
The alt text button is displayed for the main post image itself (if that image has alt text). I would like to also see that same button on images embedded in the post body or comments.
