Add support for Mageia

I just tried, and failed. Their dracut doesn't include any mechanism to loopback mount the iso image (such as iso-scan/filename and similar). This has already been reported upstream: https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=30206
Once support gets added, it'll be possible to add Mageia to GLIM.
