Release request

We have been working on revision f80624f for a month now and have not seen any problems with the RPC either in speed or stability.
Since the last release, asynchronous socket operation and a channel using a websocket from dotnet have been added instead of websocket-sharp-core. We consider this revision to be the most stable at the moment, so we ask you to release a nuget package with this revision.
