The actions astral-sh/setup-uv@v7 and codspeedhq/action@v4 are not allowed in taskcluster/taskgraph because all actions must be from a repository owned by your enterprise, created by GitHub, or match the pattern: pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish@release/*.
