Trained model is not showing any inferences

After running my trained model I get no inferences -
this is what i see when i select config

It does not allow me to use json only the yaml.

In Predict -> "Run Inference...":

training_config.yaml is the one to select, not the evaluation metrics.

@jackscott12 Ahh i see, our fix for this (#2864 ) haven't hit release channel yet. Once it is out, updating SLEAP should fix it.

In the meantime here are some potential way to fix this:

1. Uncheck skip_labelled_frame on inference target.
2. Install sleap straight from github, run this on your terminal.

uv tool install --force --python 3.13 "sleap[nn] @ git+https://github.com/talmolab/sleap.git@develop" --torch-backend auto

3. Use the sleap-nn CLI to run inference.
