http 500 error with /v3/api-docs

http 500 error when accessing /v3/api-docs in Spring Boot with springdoc-openapi-starter-webmvc-api:2.6.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the jar file as a container encore-web

Expected behavior

The Encore Swagger Interface for Posting an EncoreJob should fire up

This issue can be resolved by updating the springdoc-openapi-starter-webmvc-ui from the existing 2.6.0 to 2.7.0. webmvcUpdate
