Welcome to issues! #5

Description

@brolund

A few wishes from our side:

  1. Write in English. We have international customers, and the more information that is available to everyone, the better.
  2. If you can: Make a fork, create a failing test case for your issue, possibly with a fix for the issue, and send us a pull request. This is probably the fastest way to get a problem fixed.
  3. Provide as much relevant data as possible. This will speed up our handling of the issues. BUT BE CAREFUL: Don't provide passwords or secret words here. Relevant data is things like version of the code, stack traces, and such.

Thanks!
