Improve usability and clarity of Feature Flags page

The Feature Flags page currently exposes internal feature names (uploadFile, saveProject) without any descriptions or guidance.

For new users, educators, or students, it’s unclear:

what each flag does

whether a flag is safe or experimental

what changes after toggling a flag

This can lead to confusion or accidental misconfiguration.

Suggested improvements (initial scope):

Add human-readable labels and short descriptions for each feature flag

Provide basic visual feedback when a flag is toggled (toast or status text)

Optionally group related flags for better readability

These changes would improve onboarding, safety, and overall UX, aligning with the goals of MusicBlocks v4.

I’d be happy to work on an initial UX improvement if this aligns with the project goals.
