[Feature] Allow configuring output buffer max line amount

Context:
To make a long story short, I don't have the fastest computer at work and I must run through WSL. Currently, I often end up with long discussions with AI, sometimes going up to 5k+ lines of code, which significantly slows my computer down.

Feature:
Would it be possible to configure a maximum amount of lines to keep within the output buffer?

Maybe something like ui.output.rendering.max_lines?

What kind of slowdown do you have ?
You can try to tweak the rendering options ?

like increasing the markdown debounce time and/or the throttle_ms ?

It's simply that my neovim struggles once buffers reach a large size. These options don't really help in that case.

Basically I am just looking for a way to limit the buffer to say 500-1k lines, instead of it currently reaching up to 10k during long conversations.

The way the renderer works at the moment, assumes that every parts of a session is in the buffer. This might breaks things like Questions and Permissions.

But as a general rule of thumbs you should try to keep your session shorts with the AI, as the more context it gets the less effective it becomes. But that does not solve your issue.
