Description

I've noticed occasionally, when clicking an item inside the hidden menu bar, it'll take up to 10 seconds to show up on the main menu bar and then consequently activate

Steps to Reproduce

1. First, click on the thaw icon.
2. Secondly, click on any menu bar item inside the hidden menu bar.
3. Third, wait around 10 seconds for it to activate.

macOS Version

macOS Tahoe 26.2 (25C56)

Additional Information

I'm not sure why this happens, but it happens to me fairly often. After I wait for 10 seconds, subsequent invocations of menu bar items are much faster, but there is still this lag time when I haven't clicked anything for a long time.
