## HATS Pack download fails with Code: 0x1

Every time I try to download a HATS pack through HATS Tool, the download fails with the following error:

Code: 0x1
Module: 1 (Svc)
Error: Failed to download HATS-2026-07-25-3e7a04f

This happens whenever I try to download the HATS pack. I have tried again, but the same error occurs.

Could you please investigate why the HATS pack download is failing and advise me on how to fix this issue?

I have attached a screenshot showing the exact error message.

Hi I tested the download on my end, and it is working normally. Could you please check if you are using an older version of HATS-Tools? If so, you can download the HATS pack manually in ZIP format, then extract all the files directly to your SD card using a PC. Message ID: ***@***.***>

Hi, Please enable logging inside the advanced settings. After that, locate the log.txt file inside the config/hats-tools directory and send it here for inspection.

The log shows that GitHub accepted the request and started downloading the file, but the connection was interrupted before the download completed (Transferred a partial file). Please try a different network or mobile hotspot.

Thank you for advise. I managed to download it by connecting my mobile data, it's weird it doesn't download with my WiFi.
