[Bug]: Fix Beaconcha.in Monitoring Connection

Bug Description

Currently the Beaconcha.in Mobile service gets activated via Monitoring Modal, however since the Multi Setup Update this poses multiple problems.

To address this & improve the functionality we should add a multi setup & validator client selector before one makes the further steps to activate the Beaconcha.in Mobile service

• Add a setup selector to beaconcha.in page, moving the validator client selection there as well.
• Include a check for the existence of a connected consensus client (show this with the selected validator client)
• for Prysm include a check for the beaconchain metric exporter
• Add a success / failure status to the operation
