Three Foldseek jobs have remained in "Pending" for over 48 hours. New jobs complete normally. I found that re-uploading the same AlphaFold 3 mmCIF files without BFVD database selected completes successfully, suggesting the issue is related to the BFVD search. The stuck jobs also prevent me from renaming later completed jobs in the web interface. Is there a way to delete pending jobs, or could these be removed from the server so I can rename and index my files? Thank you!
