Hello,
Thanks again for making Folddisco available. I'm using Folddisco to query a set of motifs; some of them, for instance, PDB code 3j79, has chains whose IDs are numbers. If I want to retrieve the residue 28-32 in chain 6, the query index becomes 628-32. Under this situation Folddisco querying became extremely slow, stuck in the process for > 1 hour, and I wonder it is possible that this syntax might not work at all.
One workaround on my side would be to extract the single chain with renamed chain ID to let Folddisco identify it correctly. Is it on the roadmap of Folddisco to handle this kind of queries better?
Best,
Zhuoqi
