[POC] Native swipe handler for mobile platforms

Description

The new app navbar concept proposes a swipe handler as seen in the figna below. This swipe handler needs to be on top of the qml rendering scene because it could overlap a native webview as well. When swiping right the navbar will be shown. When swiping left the navbar closes.

The purpose of this task is to analyze if having a native swipe handler would be a good approach to solve this issue.

Cool! For now I chose this "workaround" for when the native WebView is being shown:
