Accept argument for directory name to be created?

Hi there! First of all, thanks for all your work on both this project and also in the community. It's a huge help to those navigating the dark waters of the modules ecosystem during this transitional period.

I have used scaffolders a number of times (a lot of the time, create-react-app) and I expected that the following command would have created a folder with the my-project name and scaffolded in there.

yarn create esm my-project

I luckily ran the command within another test folder, but if I had run it within my projects folder that would have been an unexpected surprise.

Would you be open to accepting this argument and creating a folder with that name to be scaffolded within?
