bug: In-game admin list showing admins as offline / Missing from `!admins`

Describe the bug:
The in-game admin list consistently shows admins as offline even when they are active on the server.
Specifically, some admins do not appear at all in the list when they are the only ones online, while others show up correctly.

Observations:

• The command !admins acknowledges admins are online but fails to display specific names in the list.
• The issue persists even after attempting to refresh the cache with !reloadadmins.
• The problem seems to affect specific admin accounts or roles (e.g., Server Admin).

Environment:

• Plugin: Zombie Reborn (ZR) / Admin System
• Status: Ongoing issue despite manual cache reloads.
