can't modify dns

when i change the Nameserver ip to 192.168.2.2
dns log will show :
dnsmasq
reading /etc/resolv.conf
using nameserver 192.168.2.1

dns will restore to 192.168.2.1

Have you restarted the system after this change? (You could perhaps restart the network and dnsmasq too, but restarting the system may be better.)

i Create /etc/dhcpleased.conf
interface em1 {
ignore dns
}
