break i18n dependency upon extendio use li18ngo instead

lorax has a dependency on extendio wich causes a cyclic dependency on a package level. This should not be happening. lorax is using extendio for i18n purposes, but this will be resolved when we introduce our i18n specific package (li18ngo).

So lorax should change its dependency on extendio for i18n functionality to li18ngo.
