pi-clan refactor general semantics #149

Finish refactoring files in this directory.
Currently sigma and pi are both pretty much refactored. Only remaining issue is to figure out how to organize universe lift definitions, to work well with UnstructuredUniverse and StructuredUniverse. Maybe @Vtec234 or @digama0 would know best.
