* merge sc_shaman.cpp from HawkCorrigan/simc

* Rip out ele all from generator

Removed several precombat actions and adjusted the single target and AoE action lists for the shaman elemental specialization.

* Rip out all from code

Removed conditional return for temporary enchant elemental and adjusted action priorities in both precombat and single target lists.
