Use case: The user has hidden the UI, so they can see the world, and maybe have just one or two floaters open (like chat). If they want to mute all sound, they must un-hide the UI, click the icon at upper right, then hide the UI, then open the floaters they had open before. Instead, we could give them a keyboard shortcut that mimics the behavior of clicking the speaker icon at the upper right of the Viewer window.
