No failover mechanism

There is no bootstrap with failover mechanism in vaultclient at the moment, this is a huge problem for deployment.

Well, bootstrapping and failing-over when you have a localdb is... madness
(not sparta).

For the GA, when we'll have it integrating metadata, then it wll be
relevant :)
