A mission number is negative, or is greater or equal to the total missions number.
Possible solutions: change the id number:

DEFINE MISSION -1 at @label // error, id can not be negative
DEFINE MISSION 1 at @label // error, id is greater or equal than the total number
DEFINE MISSION 0 // correct
