Issue: Add Docs for eql

We need to add proper documentation for the eql (EVM Query Language) feature. This should cover basic syntax, usage examples, supported operators, and any quirks or limitations.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Overview of what eql is and why it exists
• Syntax reference (e.g. comparisons, logical ops, etc.)
• At least 2–3 working example queries
• Link to playground (if available)
• Notes on compatibility or known issues
• Clear usage within the IDE or CLI
